Our TNT workout is all about building strength and lean muscle with our signature progressive resistance training program!

TNT is comprised of one main lower body barbell exercise followed by two lower body assistance exercises and one main upper body barbell exercise followed by two upper body assistance exercises.

A sample workout might include the following exercises: Barbell Deadlift, Goblet Squat, Hyperextensions, Flat Barbell Bench, Incline Dumbbell Bench, Wide Grip Pulldowns.

The TNT workout uses a timer projected onto a big screen TV and the workout duration in just under 60-minutes.

Our Metabolic Meltdown workout is all about cardio-conditioning with high intensity intervals!

A typical Meltdown workout includes eight different exercises like bench hops, jumping jacks, sled push and rope waves.

You will perform a different exercise each round for 28 seconds of high intensity followed by 12 seconds of rest. Eight rounds completes one cycle and the workout contains eight total cycles with one minute rest in between each cycle.

Muscle & Hustle is our cross-training workout and combines alternating bouts of resistance training and cardio for the best of both worlds!

The workout is comprised of eight 5-minute rounds pairing a resistance training exercise like weighted pushups with an athletic movement like box jumps.

You will go back and forth performing each exercise for the prescribed amount of reps, resting as needed until the round is complete.

Our Happy Hour Flow Yoga Class is the perfect way to cap off your busy week! This class is all about stretching to relax and recover!

Happy Hour Flow is also just under 60-minutes long.

Our Deck of Core workout is all about abs, abs and more abs!

We flip through an entire deck of cards with different exercises assigned to the different suits, aces and jokers!

The workout length varies based on the luck of the draw, but typical workout duration is 35-45 minutes.
